1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use taya05, you must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. taya05 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement has not been met.

You must also:

• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting as a player)

2 Account Registration and Security

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or reversed
• taya05 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors, system malfunctions, or obvious pricing mistakes
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules
• taya05 may impose maximum win limits and stake limits on any market at its discretion
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event

• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Accessing taya05 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited

7 Account Suspension and Closure
